Facebook & Instagram Integration with Orli

What the integration provides

Orli is a SaaS CRM and business management platform for beauty businesses. The Facebook and Instagram integration lets an Orli customer connect its own Facebook Page and, where supported, the associated Instagram professional account.

Connection happens through Meta authorization. An authorized user chooses the business assets that should be connected and grants the requested permissions.

Supported conversations in Orli

Supported customer conversations from Facebook and Instagram can be handled inside Orli together with CRM, booking and customer context.

Access is limited to the corresponding Orli business account and is subject to the permissions configured by that business.

How Orli uses Meta Platform Data

Meta Platform Data is used only to provide the requested Facebook and Instagram integration for the business that authorized the connection.

This can include identifying the connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, receiving and displaying supported messages and conversation information, synchronizing conversation state and allowing authorized users of the connected business to reply to customers.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

A business can disconnect its Facebook or Instagram integration from Orli. Meta permissions can also be managed through the corresponding Meta account and business settings.

After the connection is removed, Orli no longer uses that connection to retrieve new Platform Data for the disconnected account.
