Orli account deletion
To request deletion of your Orli account and associated personal data, please contact us at support@orli.com.ua from the email address or phone number linked to your account.
In your request, include
Your phone number or email used in Orli; salon/business name, if applicable; and confirmation that you want to delete your account.
Account confirmation
To confirm this action, you will need to sign in to your Orli account and confirm the deletion request there.
Processing time
We will delete your account data within 30 days, except for data we are required to keep for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
